These Terms and Conditions apply to the VoIP_RADIO_GATE application for mobile devices, along with all associated services, operated by Plamen Ivanov (collectively referred to as the "Application"). Plamen Ivanov is referred to as the "Service Provider".
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You should read them carefully before using the Application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal, non-commercial amateur radio operations. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
The Application is designed exclusively for licensed amateur radio operators to interface with an authorized Radio Gate system connected to radio transceiver equipment. By using this Application, you declare and warrant that:
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding ("IP"). Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or right to use the Service Provider's trademarks, logos, or branding for any purpose. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices displayed in or on the Application.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application or services if you materially breach these Terms or violate radio regulatory standards. The Service Provider will provide you with written notice of the breach and, where the breach can be remedied, you will have 14 days from receipt of the notice to remedy it. If you fail to remedy the breach within this period, the Service Provider may terminate your access.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access immediately without prior notice if you violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit unauthorized RF signals, or engage in activity that could cause interference or harm to other radio operators or to the Service Provider.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease, and you must delete all copies from your devices.
By accessing and using this Application, you declare that you have the legal right to use it within your jurisdiction. You must be at least 16 years old (or hold a valid amateur radio license with parental/legal guardian consent where applicable) to use the Application.
If this Application allows users to transmit, post, share, or stream audio/data content, you agree not to transmit content that:

The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, it reserves the right to make changes to the Application at any time. The Application is provided free of charge for radio gate management.
The Application processes user callsigns and unique device IDs strictly to verify authorization. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your mobile device and access credentials. The Service Provider strongly recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your mobile device, which could compromise system security and cause the VoIP audio transmission to fail or behave unexpectedly.
Certain functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function due to network unavailability or data exhaustion. Mobile network charges (including roaming data charges) remain the responsibility of the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, RF interference claims, or service interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, unauthorized RF transmissions, or misuse of the Radio Gate interface.
The Service Provider may update the Application to maintain OS compatibility or enhance functionality. You must accept updates when offered to ensure uninterrupted operation. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application at any time without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules.
If the Application qualifies as an intermediary service under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, "DSA"), the Service Provider maintains a single point of contact for EU authorities and service recipients at plamen.marinov.ivanov@gmail.com.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes.
These terms and conditions are effective as of September 20, 2026.
